Since 2019, Gavin has served as Chief Operations Officer at Oracle RMS, where he oversees all company operations.
Dan comes to Oracle RMS from Allianz Partners, where he served on the executive leadership team in Canada. Prior to this, Dan was Chief Financial Officer at The Commonwell Mutual Insurance Group

John Ferraro has been a trusted insurance professional for over three decades. He was licensed in 1994 after discovering the potential of the insurance vertical through family connections. While gaining valuable expertise working at a previous brokerage, John met Michael Di Nardo in the early 2000s and together, they co-founded Oracle Risk Management Services in 2011. John and Michael set out to build a producer-friendly, service-driven brokerage. This vision has resulted in Oracle RMS’ rapid growth, and the brokerage now has over 36 branches and 130 head office employees. John is deeply involved in the company’s day-to-day operations and emphasizes a culture of collaboration, client focus, and producer empowerment as key to Oracle’s success.
Michael Di Nardo has been a name in the Canadian insurance industry for over 30 years — 15 of which he has dedicated to servicing the Pool and Hot Tub industry. After beginning his career in the personal insurance space, Michael transitioned into commercial lines as he became passionate about protecting his client’s businesses. While working at another brokerage alongside John Ferraro, he had a vision for how to improve the corporate culture and identity of insurance brokerages. Together, they launched Oracle RMS in 2011, focusing on creating a brokerage that was producer-friendly and client-centric. As a leader, Michael is passionate about building relationships with clients and team members, driving Oracle’s growth by fostering a culture of service, open communication, and continuous professional development.
Since 2019, Gavin has served as Chief Operations Officer at Oracle RMS, where he oversees all company operations. Prior to this role, Gavin has held senior management roles with companies such as eBay Canada, Aviva Canada, and Trufla Technology.
He was previously the AVP of Marketing at Aviva Canada, where he oversaw a team of 20 insurance marketing and communication experts. At Aviva, he led the Digital Marketing Consultancy – a business unit that enabled the digitalization of multiple brokers in Canada.
Gavin was also an integral part of the team that launched Insurance Hunter, one of Canada’s premier online insurance shopping sites.
Dan comes to Oracle RMS from Allianz Partners, where he served on the executive leadership team in Canada. Prior to this, Dan was Chief Financial Officer at The Commonwell Mutual Insurance Group and at HIRE Technologies before that.
Dan has held progressively senior roles at Northbridge Financial Corporation, a subsidiary of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited covering mergers & acquisitions and finance. Dan began his career at Ernst & Young and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
Jordan has served as Oracle RMS’ Director of Insurance since 2021, where he leads the company’s insurance operations.
Prior to joining Oracle RMS, Jordan held several senior leadership positions at Isure Insurance, including Director of Insurance Operations and Personal Lines Manager.
